Help mod malfunction

i know this is not nexus forum but if someone know please help !

i didn use NMM i use manual installation for all mod. around 75 mod succesfully activated and i use LOOT in the end.

problem 1 :
last time i use mod to change npc look.
example camilla at riverwood, even vanilla with cbbe n fairskin she still ugly
then i got mod from nexus forgot what page name mod it say hotter skyrim
it change almost all spouse include camilla esp and bsa

after modding, camilla use apachii hair and has a pretty face!
it work with all required mod.. but then it all change to vanilla again.

yesterday i add new mod here the list :

1. skyrim project optimization
2. remove interior fog
3. relighning skyrim
4. numenume hair
5. true brows
6. KS hairdos

i use LOOT and put her mod at bottom list still no change delete her bsa and esp too.

my character still use apachii hair.. if apachii hair got an error my char hair will be purple or black right?

its not only her ysolda, delphine, etc etc revert to vanilla again.

if i not wrong i download some preset that put at mygame/skyrim/CME_save but i already delete it still no change.
please help me to make them prettier again.

 

problem 2:

now i try an ENB and i got my fps steady at 14 outdoor and 25 indoor.

mine is HRK enb and use realistic water two
i disable DOF AA and other still no change.

 

my adapter is AMD radeon HD 6570

total available graphic mem : 3321 mb

dedicated video memory : 2048

system vid mem : 0

shared vid mem : 1273

 

my system is:

os win7 32 bit

proces AMD A8-3870 apu readeon HD graphic

ram 4 gb

directx 11

 

if someone know how to reduce lag or another light performance ENB pls tell me thanks.

if ysolda is 00abcdef, when you enter whiterun, ffabcdef get in your save, that's a copy of ysolda

mod edit 00abcdef, but don't edit ffabcdef, mod need a new game or some delete in savegamecleaner (that will probably break the save)

 

and a light performance enb is something that doesn't exist

i forgot how to check my save, maybe something like save1.
but now i must reinstall skyrim, let see what happen.

btw, how to see deleted mod from save? save that say "this save relies on content that no longer present".

I'd highly recommend using Mod Organizer to install mods, it installs every mod in its own folder and uses a virtual filetree to start the game. That way you can see for yourself if any files conflict, and adjust which file takes priority - which one will be used by the game. Just put the mod with the file you want used after any other mods with conflicting files. It also uses profiles, so you can have an entirely different set of mods in another profile and switch between them, and the saved games will be stored in those profiles. Mod Organizer also lets you check whether any esps are missing from a save, which will help you with your "this save relies on content that no longer present" issue.
