Miss Moo Lulu not appearing

So I talked to Ol Haggis and he wanted me to look at his bighorn, Lulu. I follow him to this place between Goodspring and Devil's Gullet but Lulu isn't there. If I talk to him again I get the same dialog as before. So is there an id I can use to spawn her so I can do this quest, am is she not supposed to be where he takes me, or I have completely screwed up something with the download? Thanks for any help.

You might get better results as that mod isn't talked about much. those that use it would likely be around that thread.
