Do you use NMM? It can cause messy problems when you manually install files or if you have many mods and one overwrites another file.

If so I'd recommend  switching to MO.

You also should be using LOOT as  asdasd says.

Also possible you need to set your skse INI so it fixes the overloaded memory problem that happens with modded skyrim games

in skse.ini put (particularly the memory part)

[General]
ClearInvalidRegistrations=1
[Memory]
DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB=768
ScrapHeapSizeMB=256
[Display]
iTintTextureResolution=2048

Nonsense,

Overwriting files can only cause problems if you don't know what you are overwriting same goes for MO if you don't know the proper sequence MO will do exactly the same. Overwriting things in the wrong sequence allways can cause problems regardless if on your harddrive (NMM) or in a virtual way (MO) since the same two files will never get loaded togheter regardless if NMM or MO.

I say it allways again MO is no magic and will in no way help users the opposite is the case if you are not modding for just 2 weeks and you never used MO stay away from it. If you have no idea what you are doing and just started modding MO is the thing to use.

Also of course its helpfull for everyone who switches their complete modlist every day, anyway enough of topic.

Edit: I see you allready provided one wasnt sure if its your actual one if it is correct your loadorder alternate start is in the middle of it as suggestet by the others use LOOT

Nonsense,

if installing a mod break something, with mo, you just uncheck the mod folder and it's like it was never installed, problem solved

if you put a mod in your skyrim folder and it break something...well... good luck

1. There is a thing called backup

2. NMM click uninstall same result

but enough offtopic switching to MO is not worth its time besides allready said examples (you are either new or switch your modlist every day)

Also do I really I have to explain myself? If you start the game with a overwritten file that should not be overwritten it dosent matter if its virtually overwritten oder right on the harddrive it wont work only diffrence is the way you fix it. So regardless if manually installing NMM or MO if you make a mistake it wont work MO will not help here and is no magic solution that will help you in any way to fix problems

1. There is a thing called backup

2. NMM click uninstall same result

1. a backup of a 50 go skyrim each time you try a mod...

2. why do you want a backup if nmm uninstall work right?

MO will not help here and is no magic solution that will help you in any way to fix problems

magical buttons, like clicking on the mod folder and checking conflicts? (to see mod a overwrite x, mod b overwrite x too, mod b is incompatible with mod a)

or the profiles, if you want to mess with your load order to try to make a mod work, without really messing with your load order

about the op ctd, there's no tool to find out why you ctd (only errors that don't lead to a ctd get in the papyrus log)

it can be ram ctd, broken mesh or textures, broken esp, broken scripts, broken save...

nobody can fix ctd, only thing you can do is look for those problems, fix one, and hope that was the problem

Even tough I hate me for starting a argument about something like that....

A backup dosent mean you have to backup everything after a single mod installing and please 50gb skyrim really hard work thats like 2min.? whatever I use NMM and yes the uninstall works flawless the backup was just an example what else you can do besides using MO or NMM

NMM features the same tells you what mod you are going to overwrite and the files name. Hell nobody needs profiles, why on earth do you need to mess your loadorder to make a mod working in my whole time I havent encountered a single mod I had to mess my loadorder to get it working.

Also to the macigal buttons ever used LOOT which is a tool every casual user should use it shows you conflicts anyway no need for MO again

As said its sure a nice feature if you switch your modlist every day, but who the hell does that anyway good for those who need it but no reason to praise MO into the heaven every few tech support problems. (and yeah I know some people like to do their loadorder by hand ---> unnecessary waste of time since I never encountered any problem with loots sorting again no benefit by sorting by hand)

So basically if you use MO good for you no need to praise it in every few threads like in this case what would MO help him here can it find out why he ctd's? no

Besides profiles there is no benefit you have from MO if you are allready using basic tools like NMM and LOOT. Period

if you don't know there's a problem, you think there's no problem

last year i wasn't understanding why some of my npc were getting killed, i had npc protected

problem was feminine female and ai overhaul, they were editing the same npc, had to add npc protected to those esp

when i took a look at the rest... some npc were weak because of hentaicreature, was missing some ai overhaul package because of btrh... a lot of small things (maybe some were a ctd, don't know)

Loot shows you dirty plugins and also conflicting mods same as MO does thats the point, but we will never finish this argument MO is overrated and telling users that allready have problems to use google and basic tools to use MO is defenetly not helping them. I'm not saying its crap shit or whatever, but its overrated and to recommand it to every user that has problems not even close releated to installing mods is again nonsense.

Loot shows you dirty plugins and also conflicting mods same as MO does thats the point

neither loot nor mo show conflictings mods... (and don't compare those tools, loot put a mod under its master, mo organise your mods, they don't have the same function)

conflicts with my npc mods were taken care of in tesedit, took care of some more while i was at still, but i skip a lot, so... i get surprises like everyone else (a mod edit things, that's the point of modding, it become a problem when 2 mods edit the same thing and their edits are need somewhere else)

had the no appearing heartfire house for exemple

heartfire add a location to the worldspace of the thing that build the house

i had some edits of things in that worldspace in tamriel reload btt (merge of tamriel reload, btt, bst, smim, sdo...)

that esp was under heartfire, and the worldspace were copy paste from skyrim esm with the edited things from it

the house building script need those location add by heartfire

-> broken script

if op ctd because of mod conflict, there's no tool to fix that

only way to know is to load the game without mods and check if it still ctd (on a new game, there are stuff from load order in a save)

if it no longer ctd, you add 10 mods and reload, and 10 more, until ctd, to identify the mod with the fatal conflict (and either get rid of it, or try to fix it)

if problem is broken file, it's fast to check in mo, you just uncheck folders (steam verify files, that's only for skyrim files)

fixing it... it doesn't matter what you use, you are in deep shit

if original game still ctd... you are good for a reinstall, faster than trying to find what the problem is

jeez dude I'm making a point and you are talking about some rnd' expieriences and examples you had I can do the same, but this leads to nothing like I use NMM since I started modding and never had a problem with it. I use LOOT and never had to change something else by hand in my loadorder. I never encountered a problem where MO would have helped me even a bit. Guess I'm kinda oldschool for overwriting things on the harddrive by simply reading and thinking about what I overwrite. Anyway as said for like the second or third time the disscusion about this is nonsense since a switch to MO is simply a waste of time, but if you are starting new with modding or reinstall you whole shit again whyever it dosent hurt for anyone with a working skyrim there is just no benefit due switching besides wasting time to be able to change profiles what most people simply dont need.

For the op what yatol said is sadly true, but there are things you can do before taking out the big guns.

Try to using coc whiterunorigin in the main menu to see it it works call back if yes or not

Try the alternate start without immerslave activated.

Try disabling a good bunch of mods (like the half of your loadorder) and start the alternate start and if you can start you can reenable them after it then it was just to much load whyever then

If this dosent help you can refer to yatol's big guns disable all your mods and activate a bunch like 10 after another and see if it still works until you found the culprit

Also your loadorder looks better now keep using Loot neither MO nor NMM i would trust when it comes to sorting your loadorder in the first log was a mess.

Also when I see you papyrus log I allways wonder about the values in your skyrim.ini this is offtopic, but reading it will not hurt

http://www.creationkit.com/INI_Settings_%28Papyrus%29

Use the default values as seen in the link. Your iMaxmemorypage is like ten thousend times the default value (or ten thousend-fold? times sounds better for me) also your iMaxmemory is unnecessary big, but this is less intresting

I personaly have the script times on 1.6ms you can try around these values if you ever expierience problems with your scripts, but as said offtopic and the high value in your log just bothered me.

Problem now so far not solve yet...

Move your bashed patch to the last in your list. Put ASLAL right above it. Put any thing that has ASLAL as a requirement BETWEEN the two.

Have a nice day.

@Deoxy: you're clearly ignorant about what MO does and how it works. Go spend a couple of hours watching Gopher's video series and learn a thing.

@josh5671 you still did not tell about anything of the results from the stuff you should try out please don't just say its still not working tell us what you try'd

@Anatriax

(writing this at the start since I dont assume you completle read what I write) I'm mostly upset about people telling users with problems to switch to MO as soon as they read the word NMM which obviously not helps them if they cant even get their game to work.

This annoys me, so I honestly allways let me drag emotionally into arguments that lead to nothing

Anyway I'm not ignorant about what MO does I even used it and revertet back because for me there is as explained (now serval times) no benefit from it. Its only usefull for people who start modding or for people who switch their modlist every day (exaggarted). All features of MO can archived by other basic tools everyone who mods skyrim should allready know and use so there is no reason to switch besides said things so overall its not worth the time if everything you have is working anyway. I mean really why invest time in switching when everything is working since years without it. Keeping the vanilla skyrim clean is also simply not necessary and gives no benefit and 90% (yeah I made up this statistic) of people who are talking about how good MO is simply ignore the fact that that all of its features are also given by (as said) other basic tools.

Just tell me one true reason why I should give up my working skyrim installation for MO what feature of MO is worth the time? btw I dont need profiles like most (most not all) users dont need someting like that.

Random fact: Its not a bad thing, but it simply is not necessary and not even 200k downloads from main sources (sourceforge and nexus) combined also support the fact most users simply dont need or want it since the puplicity is so big it even gets annoying as said.

If anyone feels the need to argument further on this pm is the better choice then this support thread

So you're telling me that with NMM I can open up a panel and see where each individual file is coming from (for example femalebody_1.nif). It will show me each mod that contributes that file, and which mod is the final mod to contribute the file, resulting in what is seen and active in game?

You're telling me that NMM has the ability to right click on a mod, and see exactly what files are contained in the mod, and what other mods contribute to those files, both above and below in priority?

You're telling me that with a single click in NMM you can hide .esp files from the file system so that the .esp isn't seen or recognized? You can do that without having to open up your actual Skyrim Folder and deleting/moving the .esp?

You're telling me that with NMM you can swap mod priority just by sliding one mod above another in load order?

You're telling me that with NMM I can unpack BSA files to reduce the amount of BSA's (and hence the possibility of mod conflicts)?

You're telling me that with NMM I can play a totally unmodded game, if I so chose, by simply launching the game from outside of the mod organizer?

Hmm. I must have used NMM wrong all of these years.

Okay, everyone can we stop the NMM and MO war? This isn't helping the OP clear up their problem.

@OP

We need to know what exactly you've tried. Saying it still doesn't work doesn't give us all the details we'd need to fully help.

Edit: This might be off the mark, but did you try reinstalling whatever world texture you have? Might be a corrupted world texture/mesh.

I gave the OP their answer in the first of my replies. I looked at his load order, it's all messed up. Fixing it how I said should solve the problem.
