So, recently i've installed a lot of mods on here, but the animations dont work on anything, anytime, anywhere. you just get 2 people standing next to eachother / 3 and random dialogue every now and then but its really broken. I have gone through so many articles and tried so many fixes that its not even funny, and nothing I do fixes it. Relaunching SKSE, regenerating the FNIS, both of those at the same time before launching. reinstalling and deleting certain things, and none of them seem to work. Im currently using ( dont worry this isn't a load error )

In general I'd like to keep Defeat above others if theres a way to fix the animations like this. According to a few 2013 posts, Defeat wasn't compatible with a newer version of SexLab and etc. but as of now it seems to work fine, since when I uninstalled it and tried again ( same for ZaZAnimation ) and nothing came up. I prefer the animation / surrender / yield you can do with a simple button in Defeat, if its the sole cause and I have to remove I will but if you could provide a replacemant that would be very kind. Any suggestions with this that aren't stupidly obvious that I tried already? I feel like a lot of the posts I've read with these types of problems are old and the same problems are no longer occuring with me.

The HR package is absolutely unimportant, it only replaces Vanilla textures with higher quality ones.

 

So, you've checked that you got all requirements for the mods? SKSE, FNIS, Fuz Ro Doh, ... and also the requirements of the requirements, and so on?

You installed the latest version of every mod? SL Framework (SLF) 1.59c, Defeat 5.1, Devious Devices (DD) 2.9, ...

You activated the animations within the MCM menu of Zaz Animation Pack (ZAP)?

You got compatible bodies and skeletons? Cbbe/UNP for females, Schlongs Of Skyrim (SOS) for males, More Nasty Critters (MNC) for creatures, XPMSE skeleton?

You activated all the needed patches within FNIS and the skeleton did overwrite anything else?

 

Which mod manager did you use? If Mod Organizer (MO), try to rearrange your mods. Install SOS without PapyrusUtil, as it's included within SLF.

If anything else than MO, do you think you could switch over to it? As it would make uninstalling and rearranging of mods way easier ;)

Thank you, I haven't seen a lot of these things in previous posts, especially the activation of animations in ZaZAnim and UNP skeletons. Ill reply when this is fixed.

Well I have updated my ZaZ to the .06 version where I can the MCM and skeletons XPMSE, but these both just rather made the sitaution worse, I checked to see if it was a corrupted Storage.dll, im going to just uninstall ALL my mods and then reinstall them all in sequential order. This should definitely work.

 

Edit: horrible method of mod removal, broke the game terribly lol. too much stupid work I dont think I want to even bother anymore because of it.

If you want to start up again from zero, I'd recommend to use Mod Organizer as your mod manager. Both, Nexus Mod Manager and manual installation have the problem of actual overwriting of existing files, what results eventually in a terribly broken game, if you install and uninstall several mods.

 

Mod Organizer doesn't have this problem, so you can safely install, uninstall and rearrange all your mods without overwriting a single file.
