Load order for Oblivion issue.

Hello people, been a long time and came back from a brutal real life. Went on to re-download Oblivion, did all the guides and installing. But now that i got out of the way to download what i wish, somehow i get a CTD issue. Using Bash and OMOD. I may need some help with load order. I hope it's the load order issue if not then at least i made a clean back up for Oblivion again. But heres the load order and hope some good soul would look over it. ((Forgot to add that OBSE and Pluggy is up to date.))

Run BOSS for load order lovers mods have to be manually adjusted no lovers mods in the bash patch if there are any in it then it needs to be redone without them in it. When are you getting the CTD? If it's happening at the beth logo then that you mean that you are missing a master file or the master file is below the .esp that needs it above it. Download and run TES4EDIT it will try to load everything up that you have installed into your game if it hits a error in it then it will stop read the error fix it close TES4EDIT and repeat starting it till it no longer hits any more errors.
