Guest Posted June 24, 2015 Posted June 24, 2015 I want to edit two armors with bodyslide. Bless Tinuviel and Bless Tyelle. I usually tweak armor to my liking in Outfit Studio but it seems it doesn't work with these armor, because the body becomes too small and leaves a gap below the head. (You gotta hate people who are using strange skeletons) So I downloaded and installed the bodyslide files for them and loaded them with bodyslide, then tweaked a little, but when I click "Create Bodies" which I assume is used to save the armor, nothing happens and it doesn't create new meshes anywhere. What did I do wrong? It worked when I tried in on a CBBE armor.
vram1974 Posted June 24, 2015 Posted June 24, 2015 Two things. First, you need to choose the body preset you want to use from your dropdown menu. Then you need to hit "batch build" and select the armors you're modifying. Create bodies only makes the femalebody_0.nif and femalebody_1.nif

There are actually two drop downs. 1) for the preset you want to use 2) for the outfit you want to edit as long as the outfit drop down has the outfit you want to build selected "build" (not "build bodies" I've never seen that option on any version of Bodyslide, and I've been using it for years). If you want to verify that it has built new meshes, you can hold CTRL when you click build, and it will let you select a custom folder to build them to, so that you can copy and paste them to where they are needed. EDIT: also, if you're using Outfit Studio in order to edit the armors, and not Bodyslide, make sure you have gone to the "Sliders" drop down, and selected "Conform All". If you don't, you won't notice any changes when editing sliders.
vram1974 Posted June 24, 2015 Posted June 24, 2015 Good point, you need to use the two correct dropdown menus. Once I selected "CBBE body" but I noticed the breasts didn't bounce so I had to run "CBBE body BBP bodies" before it worked.
ousnius Posted June 24, 2015 Posted June 24, 2015 You were talking about "Create Bodies". Does that mean you're using a very old version of the program?

If you're using HDE PE (Physics Extension) The proper body to use is going to be CBBE HDT, not BBP
