But your question does bring me an idea... What if some characters (like healers) might force you to masturbate when your arousal level is too high? After all, high arousal have some negative effects, just like regular diseases. Should you be unlucky enough to be locked in a chastity belt, they will still force you to masturbate. Or better said, they will force you to try to masturbate.

If someone else has the effect, they'll fuck you. It's wonderful for having sex without raping people, or having a wife.
