Cheydinhal problem?

This thing bugs me for some time now. My game works fine. It's only Cheydinhal, when ever I enter it my came crash, c++ runtime error.

I have actually been playing by avoiding it in wide circles but it is a pain .. ... ...

i usually get these on fallout new vegas, i have tried to go to the microsoft website to get microsoft visual studio versions but it doesn' seem to download for me, check on your pc control panel > programs to see if you have all the visual studio, mine go from 2005 - 2012, there is one on the webpage for 2013, but i can' seem to download it, hope you have luck, hope it solves if you can. i have just got it to download, seems i needed to use internet explorer, (link to doesn' work on here) use search engine to find microsoft c++ visual (year).

The above is bad and while it may not be the cause, it certainly could be a factor. You need to fix these by rearranging your load order to have the master file "above" the slave in your load order.  

 

Typically the type of crash you are describing is due to an NPC that has something in their inventory that has a mesh that is not registered properly with the game.  I recommend using Tes4edit to see what errors it throws up at you and go from there.

I just tried tes4edit and now my game runs much smoother thank you for that.

But I still can't get into Cheydinhal. Same thing just crashes while loading it with c++ runtime error

Post the text of the C++ Run-time Error, that may provide a clue.

 

Which version of WB are you using and CBash and non-CBash?

 

Also try researching these for your specific O/S: c++ redistributable

I did and I think that I have all versions for my OS.

 

That is a bit hard. When I get the error my screen freezes on the loading screen, I just hear that bling sound. And it stays like that untill I press enter at which point it quits to the desktop and I see that error window for just a blink of an eye, barely enough time to glimpse that c++ runtim error headline

No matter how quick the crash, you should be able to go to your Window log and see what is there error there.

 

Also, try switching to a non-CBash Batch Patch (go to Python instead of C++) and see if the issue persists. If that works your issue may be C++ related.
