Oblivion CTDs when I start a new game

I reinstalled Oblivion, re-modded it, and it's decided it wants to be a douche bag.

 

Any help getting it working is appreciated.

I checked for missing masters and found none.

It seems I have everything, even disabled all the mods and it still CTDs on me.

Are you sure you can use both ? Natural_Weather_by_Max_Tael.esp and Natural_Weather_HDR_by_Max_Tael.esp

And BOSS info says

  SAY: Original mod is heavily bugged. Make sure you are using Ryu Doppler's fixed version.

both dirty ! clean with Tes4Edit

And sort your Mods with BOSS ( never use LOOT for Oblivion ! )

Your load order is not correct.

 

After sorting, start Tes4Edit and load all Mods, if you have a missing master file you will get a message.

Alright, I tried Boss, TES4edit, etc, and none worked.

I made a backup of Oblivion when I installed, so I loaded that up, installed everything BUT natural and arena alive, and it's working now.
