Nymphonomicon Posted June 5, 2015 Posted June 5, 2015 Holas.I have been using the Type 6M Clothing Replacer with New Vegas for some time now and I've been having problems with the handyman jumpsuits. I am looking for a jumpsuit replacer I can use in place of these. Any ideas?

If so... Your wearing the metal armor and jumpsuit at the same time. This can only mean one thing. The jumpsuit is not enabled as the main body slot and it's using bodyaddon 2 or 3 which are slots used via GECK for extra armor/clothing pieces. Mainly used for tops, t-shirts, blouses, footwear etc... separated from the main body slot that uses the whole piece (like vanilla armor/clothing, ,vanilla replacers or modded armor that is one whole set piece) or such as pants, shorts, skirts being the base of it as main body slot. If you are familiar with GECK you can open it up and take a look at the jumpsuit and see what slot(s) it pertains to. But before you do so, have you checked with update patches from the T6M armor replacers? I know there are a few, but I don't know if the jumpsuit was one of those. I do know that I never ran into that problem before. So if you ask me, I would say it's probably the metal armor you are wearing. Remove the jumpsuit and try picking a different armor. If the metal armor unequips, then the metal armor is fine and it is for sure the jumpsuit.

Or the Metal armor is in a different slot, that's commeon for some mods to have 2 layers, which works for a skintight catsuit but not overalls.

Nymphonomicon Posted June 6, 2015 Author Posted June 6, 2015 Far as I can tell whenever I wear a jumpsuit and try to change out of it, my player character winds up wearing the jumpsuit and whatever I try to wear at the same time.

Well as of right now, testing the T6M jumpsuit(s) and T6M metal reinforcement (that's the one your wearing due to the metal plate over the abdomen) there's no problem. You are using the v1.0? it could be a conflict with another armor mod set you may be using.
Nymphonomicon Posted June 7, 2015 Author Posted June 7, 2015 I don't think I have any other armour mods, at least not any that my character would be wearing as pictured in that image.The only other armour I can think of (if you can call it an armour) that I was wearing for that playthrough was Type3 body piercings.

Well if you are looking for something different for jumpsuits or just switch to another vanilla armor replacer, the only few I know that are still up on nexus is T3M armor replacer and Type 3 armor replacer by exeter. Other than that there's also Type6 which T6M was influenced off of and was hidden or removed from Nexus a long time ago. if you are interested in the Type6 I could reupload it since I accidently removed the archive download on the topic I had posted it.
