luffyboy
Mods like warzones and immersive armors add new armors with some of them being automatically assigned to NPCs. Unfortunately a lot of these armors are not bodyslide compatible which makes for a very inconsistent experience. I was hoping to change out the non bodyslide compatible armors to other armors that are bodyslide compatible such as s666's tera conversions and rory's conversions. Is there some quick way of doing this? Erundil
It depends on how similar those armors are on ESP level. First thing to check is if the armor isn't split into lots of objects (like for example left boot as separate item, right boot as separate, panties as separate... and so on). If you want to replace 1-part armor with something that is split into several items, it's gonna be pain in the ass. Second thing - check if both armors (the one that will be replaced and the one that you're going to use as replacer). The easiest thing to check this is by wearing the armor in game and see if the boobs resize when changing weight in racemenu. If one of the armors support weight slider and the other doesn't, you need to do edits in ESP to get the mesh flags right. In any other case just replace the meshes and it should work (unless you screw up while moving and renaming files, but that's human error - get your shit together and do it right!) Link to comment

Erundil
It depends on how you want it done. You may have reasons to leave the ESP file untouched. Then your options are very limited. But if you are ok with editing the ESP file, then just google any guide on creating armors for skyrim. Then focus on the parts that say about editing ESP in CK/TesVEdit. Link to comment
