Dragonactorscript, ragdoll and ragdollforce spamming Papyrus

I recently enabled papyruslogging and I noticed that about half of the log was filled with

stack:

[ (000FDB22)].dragonactorscript.getDistance() - "<native>" Line ?
[ (000FDB22)].dragonactorscript.onBeginState() - "dragonActorSCRIPT.psc" Line 222
[ (000FDB22)].dragonactorscript.GotoState() - "Form.psc" Line ?
[ (000FDB22)].dragonactorscript.OnDeath() - "dragonActorSCRIPT.psc" Line ?
[05/30/2015 - 11:45:59PM] JaxonzSmartLooterUpdateQuestScript::OnUpdate
[05/30/2015 - 11:46:00PM] JaxonzSmartLooterUpdateQuestScript::OnUpdate
[05/30/2015 - 11:46:00PM] ERROR: Cannot calculate distance between and object and None

, repeating from line 970 to the end of the log.

Another part that stood out was near the top, where

[05/30/2015 - 11:44:11PM] Warning: Property Ragdoll on script TrapHitBase attached to  (000748CE) cannot be initialized because the script no longer contains that property
[05/30/2015 - 11:44:11PM] Warning: Property RagdollForce on script TrapHitBase attached to  (000748CE) cannot be initialized because the script no longer contains that property
[05/30/2015 - 11:44:12PM] Warning: Property Ragdoll on script TrapHitBase attached to  (000748FE) cannot be initialized because the script no longer contains that property
[05/30/2015 - 11:44:12PM] Warning: Property RagdollForce on script TrapHitBase attached to  (000748FE) cannot be initialized because the script no longer contains that property

appeared for more than 100 lines.

Do these need to be fixed? And if yes, what do I do to fix it?

What exactly is your purpose of turning on Papyrus Logging?

Just checking which scripts were causing the crashes I was having, which turned out to be an old Sexlab Aroused script that was still in my save for some reason. And I fixed that issue, but the repeating dragonactorscript, ragdoll and ragdollforce lines are still things I don't know what to do with exactly.

Papyrus isn't a crash detector, that is a bad rumor that got way outta control 3 years ago and has never been corrected despite a lot of people that know better saying it isn't a crash detector.

Look, part of the problem with addressing mods as being bad is that when you finally realize that the "bad mod that made you crash is a mod you and 1,000,000 other people love well..."

It's actually difficult to give an understanding that a lot of popular mods like to use a constant Loop method via a Cloak Spell that then applies a script to each NPC in your area.

Bear in mind that your mileage can vary in this experience due to the mods loaded including texture packs, ENB, Mesh Replaces like SMIM, and also other script mods.  This is all variable and also depends on the performance and quality of the end-users hardware.

The best method I have found to get an idea for which mod is very active is to do the following.

You have SkyUI yes, most likely you have this.

Consul

Click the Player Character

Hit TAB

Look for Spell Effects

hit SHIFT

Scroll though that with the SHIFT key

Look for HIDDEN ACTIVE EFFECTS

your likely to see quite a list, and your probably not aware of this but those tend to be your most active script mods its likely that combination of mods is causing enough lag during critical slow moments and therefore your CTD.

Your going to notice CTD during transitions, save/loads, and when your FPS takes a dive.  Though sometimes the CTD can also happen when an additional script needed to fire off on top of all of those.  Other very noticeable issue's sometimes the system is so loaded down but not at the brink per say so what your going to notice is script lag or outright failure of scripted functions to even start.

So whats this all mean, well even when I tell someone hey guess what that Enhanced Blood your using ya its using a script to dynamically apply blood effects in addition to textures in real time....Mostly it doesn't sink in ever...they just keep using said mod with all their other essential mods figuring it must be something else.

Of course it could have been Wet n Cold or Frostfall, DSR, EQR, A2Teeth...there are about 2 dozen very popular mods in like the 250K endorsement range they all pretty much apply stuff like this.

Telling a person hey you know that Better Vampire mod?  You realize its script heavy right...Huh what?

So dude no its hard to get across that modding is all about balance.
