Set all NPC weight to maximum?

I use the 7bUNP body type and while I like the maximum weight 100 the more the weight drops the smaller the breast size gets.

 

NPC with very low weight (like Serana) have no cup size.

 

I can change in TES5Edit but that kind of sucks to change one NPC at a time.

 

I can also change the femalebody_1.nif to femalebody_0.nif meshes but then you get a neck/ankle/wrist seam.

 

SO I ask the experts: How can I get all the NPC to have the nice breast size of the weight 100 7bUNP body type?

femalebody_1.nif = weight 100

 

femalebody_0.nif = weight 0
