For those interested (if not download it anyway), I created a new .esp with the outfit only, you can also get rid of the VipCxj.esm (for those who were already using the original file made by VipCxj). I also deleted the magnificent purple rock and simply threw the armor in the small boat near the Imperial Prison Sewer Exit.

 

If the body do not show up, it's because the textures used for the body are those of the Moonshadow elf race. So if you do not use this race, you will have to change the textures paths of the .nif and select the textures of the body you're using.
