Zipper suit .nif files not overwriting main mod

The original bodyslide version of this mod had some clipping so I wanted to try and fix it. I loaded up the outfit that was converted to my body and loaded my body preset as reference. I fixed the seams and built the new fixed outfit to my body.  I put the new .nif files into my overwrite folder (I'm using MO) and nothing happens. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong.  Why aren't my fixed .nif files working but the original bodyslided are? Hopefully explained it good enough.

Rename the fixed ones to the original nifs names and overwrite the original nifs with the fixed renamed ones.

Ah thanks it worked. I have another problem though. I don't know why I can't save the fixed output file in my overwrite folder. How can you it where to go?

No clue on that part as I don't use MO you will have to ask in the MO thread.
