You can use OBMM or TESMM http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/5010/ or Fallout MM they all should not change the bsa file date. Tested the "Nexus" unpacker: no it does not change the file date. So it's ok to use it. But it has the same "confusing" file/folder Arrangement. The Fallout MM has the files in alphabetical order and in the Folder structure. OBMM and TESMM have all file only in alphabetical order. So I prefer the FOMM.

See if anything comes up that may help me sort out the same issue I've been having for the past few months. And for the record I have just pretty much given up on the whole getting the penis part to work right.
fejeena Posted May 18, 2015 Posted May 18, 2015 Have you checked your file's timestamp/ Installation Dates ? The Oblivion meshes BSA 2006-01-01 ? ( ALL Oblivion BSA must have 2006-01-01) I just add this new fix/tip to my yellow Link.
