Are all compatible with COT ?

As long as you don't mix interior and exterior stuff.  So use all the default settings for COT interiors, and don't use any of the ELE exterior/weather modules and you should be alright.

That's fine to use, as it edits interior cells, not exterior.

 

You can actually use the weather stuff from ELE though as well as CoT. I've done both and never had any issues, and it looks just fine. Though I stopped using CoT awhile back and now use Purity (which in my opinion looks better).
