chajapa Posted May 9, 2015 Posted May 9, 2015 So I just started doing some conversions. CBBE to UUNP bodyslide and.... even ZIPPED the files are showing as 39megs and such. So I screwed 2 up ... deleted the files from the post, and then tried to upload the corrected ones and.... I've hit a limit (100MB limit?) So THEN I start reading the docs and find that uploads are supposed to go in the downloads section. I want to follow the rules and not mess up my account, so if I put my conversions up like a mod.... like I did for JUGs... will the space free back up when I delete those 2 large files from "manage attachments" in my profile?
BruceWayne Posted May 10, 2015 Posted May 10, 2015 I'm not sure if I'm following you, but the 100MB file restriction is for file size only, not an overall upload restriction. It doesn't matter if you upload 2 100 MB files, 5 100MB files or 30 50MB files (please don't, though), as long as the files are 100MB max.
chajapa Posted May 10, 2015 Author Posted May 10, 2015 hmmm.... not sure then. Maybe I'll just try putting them each on their own post. Maybe it's a per post limit. .... or something...
BruceWayne Posted May 10, 2015 Posted May 10, 2015 I'm talking about the download system that was explicitly implemented so people don't have to attach mods to posts. Go to the download system, navigate to the subcategory your mod belongs in and create a new download. You can find more detailed instructions here: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/19642-guidewip-how-to-upload-mods-to-this-sites-download-section/
