I used an older version save and then just beat arcade mode the 2 or 3 times it took to unlock all her costumes.

can the 100% 1.08 save be uploaded to googledrive or pmed to me? My browser just wont download it from this site's link

 

Update: Nevermind I figured out it was IDM being retarded had to use Task Manager just unfreeze it and was able to download again

 

also only Mai's training were unlocked and not Naotora's this must be the same save file from zetaboards

Can someone please help me with using this save data and the resigner. I have a steam DOA and downloaded both the resigner and the last save data, but I am not rly sure where I should put the files and how to use the resigner. PLZ HELP!!!!
