High Performance Computer having issues with certain interiors

I have a GTX780 6GB edition - In the game, outside, during the day I can get 60FPS 90% of the time, and the other 10% is around 50. Most interiors and dungeons usually get a consistant 60...but on a rare occasion, like the dungeon you first find Serana in, in Dawnguard, My frames drop to 10.

It's not related to my hardware at all - in fact my GPUs fans spin down from rendering 1/6 the normal amount of frames, and I can turn my ENB on and off and see no improvement in my frames. Not really sure where to even begin trouble shooting this problem, or if there is at least a temporary bandaid I can apply to get me through the dungeon, since it's such a rare occurance :x

As for your issue, going to take a guess that it is mod related, but without knowing what you have, I can't really say. Could be a texture mod, lighting mod, a script not firing properly, heck, even a music mod. Once you post your load order, it'll be easier to figure out.

You get the drop in every dungeon that has draugh in it.

This is an old version of Extended Moster Skeleton that comes with XPMSE. 

Update you XPMSE skeleton and the problem will go away. it was fixed after version 2.22

I have the extended version for HDT support which I download via nexus (through the NMM) just the other day. The current version I have installed is 2.51.

 

I can go into most Nordic Ruins that have drauger in it and get no frame dips.

I'm wondering if this might be some sort of compatibility issue between Dungeon Clutter and Static Mesh Improvement - or some sort of similar incompatibility between some sort of graphic enhancing mod. It's tough to go through these dungeons and look for missing textures or meshes or other strange artifacts when the game runs so slow. I seem to only be able to play in the dungeon for a minute or so until the frames drop even more. I actually was able to complete the dungeon last night (cheating by just using the killall command) but by the time I left I was getting < 3 frames per second. This is such an unplayable frame rate that troubleshooting in game is near impossible for me.

Okay,

So the patch didn't help in the way of the OP issue (It did help with a bonus of a couple extra frames in other locations). It DOES seem to be Drauger though, which is interesting. Well, Drauger and the Dawnguard Skeletons...

 

My XPMS is 2.51, which I see that it requires Race Menu. The update for XPMS released yesterday now no longer alows Enhanced Character Edit, but, would this REALLY cause the conflict?
