How To Fix Seams Between Hands/Feet and Body?

Ok, so I'm currently using Stevie Rage's custom 7B Bombshell body and Halo's High Poly Hands and Feet and with these mods I'm getting a noticeable gap between the hand/feet meshes and the body itself. Are there any tutorials on how to fix this? I've found many on blending textures, but that's not the issue, the meshes themselves aren't alligning properly. I have 3ds Max, Nifskope, Outfit Studio, etc. and I know my way around those tools just enough to get myself into trouble, but I could probably figure it out with a little guidance if that's what needs to be done.

Thanks!

That is caused by using 2 different meshes from 2 different body types not all meshes are going to match/be compatible if you do not want seams you have to use one or the other unless they match. When I used 7BASE I had to change out my players hands and feet for the 7BASE hands and feet. I'm currently am using Halofarms UNPCM body with TBBP and I had to throw out the 7BASE hands and feet and replace them with Halofarms hands and feet.

You might be able to convert the hands with Gerra6's clothing converter or they will get destroyed. You will have to do a trial and error and see how they come out. http://www.loverslab.com/topic/27557-new-clothing-body-style-converter-beta-v089f-10-26-2014/ Gerra6 also has a tool called seam meander that can be used to fix seams.

Thanks for the response! I was going to try Gerra6's tool, but while doing some more researching, I discovered that Halofarm's Hands and Feet (the ones I want to use) are actually included in the Unified UNP package. So I opened that up, generated hands and feet for the 7B preset and that seems to have completely eliminated any seams that I can see.

Now that solution won't work for any other hand or feet meshes, but I got lucky in this case and I'm happy with the results.
