Sexy, more "human" Spriggan?

Oblivion had a mod for a "nearly human" Spriggan. Could such a mod be made for Skyrim? I don't really know details on how creatures are handled, but it probably wouldn't be outrageously difficult.

I googled around and couldn't really find an equivalent already existing.

F.E.M.A.L.E. should have one, though as the name implies, they're all female, and use NPC races, not Monster races. I do not know if the monster equipment would even work on a male, but who knows? Seems you're asking for a female one, anyways.
