Having consistent CTD's at Old Attius Farm just outside Raven Rock

Hello, Everyone!

 

   As the title says, I seem to be crashing to Desktop every time I approach the OLD Attius Farm (where the March of the Dead quest begins). Not really sure what could possibly be causing it, but I've been wracking my brain about it for about a week now as I'd like to be able to see the Dragonborn content again (This is only the second time I've even started it).

 

   A few more details:

• At first, thought it was when the Ash Spawn detected me, but even if I kill them from stealth, it still crashes the instant I disover the farm.
• Oddly, If I don't stealth kill them, then it crashes when they detect me even if I'm not close enough for the farm to be discovered yet.
• I've been able to go off in the direction of the exit from Raven Rock mine without issue.

 

Has anyone else had this happen?

 

Here is a copy of my Papyrus log, however I'm not familiar with how to export my load order from Mod Organizer (any adive there would be appreciated as well ). It is my Papyrus 3 because the game seems to have locked up pretty badly after that crash, and 2 load attempts resulted in infite loading screens (thus making a new log file).

 

Any help anyone could give would be very much appreciated!

Load order is a must as well when reporting a problem with a game so we know what you have installed into your game. It could be a mod conflict a load order issue or something else.

 

Have you tried going to where the ash spawn are and stay far enough away to not alert them and opening the console ~ and typing in TFC to go into TFC mode and go to where the ash spawns are and then opening the console again and clicking on each ash spawn 1 at a time and typing in disable this will remove them. Once they are all removed open the console and type in TFC again to leave TFC mode and try to approach the area again if it doesn't crash then you know it has something to do with the ash spawn so then you would want to look at your mods and see which one/ones are causing it.

Thank you for the advice! I have tried using tfc to see if that caused a crash, but it did not. it seems as though the discovery of the location causes the crash.

 

As I mentioned, i'm really not familiar with how to export my load order in Mod Organizer. I'll keep looking into that and see if I can suss it out, but that will have to wait until I get home from work

Any help that anyone can give would be really appreciated. As it stands, I can't do anyhitng outside of Raven Rock, which means that just about all of Dragonborn is useless to me

Forgive me for such thread necromancy, but I too have had this issue. It is most bizarre, as I have looked online and seen many people complaining of consistent crashes related to the Ash Spawn near Attius Farm, and yet with no strong similarities between mod lists or load orders.

Its can also be due to a whole host of other factors.

 

One that I find is very common is pretty much just using too many script mods that are active in real time.

 

If you'd like to provide a list of mods we can begin picking away at your using too many script mods, unsafe tweaks, and a whole bunch of other issues if you'd like.
