I doubt that there's only player only set, but you're genius man! This is the kind of stock replacer I am looking for - non-BBB and kinda not extremely skimpy.

You dug that dirt out of nexus deepest dirty holes. :D

Hello everyone. I have question if someone can make that -> http://tes.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=29129 to player only? And if that "someone" would be nice write to how do it :P.

Thanks for every help ;p

Are you wanting every single armor set or just one or two cause that is a freaking mountain of work. You will spend hours making changes if you want all of them.

Here are the steps for one or many armor sets:

1. You are going to need to extract it to a temp location.

2. Delete the esp file as you don't want it.

3. Now you will need to change either the folder name of each armor set or change the name of each and every nif in the folder. If you don't change one or the other then they will become the "stock" items and replace the vanilla game armors.

4. Now you will need to do the same thing for the textures.

5. Next you will need to open each nif armor file with nifskope and change the path of the textures to match the one you have specified in number 4 then save after making the changes.

6. Now using the CS you can either make a custom esp or modify one you already use to either place a new container in the game world or place things inside one that is already there.

7. Next, while still in the CS you will need to create each piece of armor specifying which body slots it uses and the stats.

8. Lastly (again still in the CS) you will need to place each armor piece into your container save and exit and go get your armor :)

NOTE: It is best to open the CS through OBSE and make sure you save every 5 minutes or so as the CS is crash prone.

If anyone has a better/faster way feel free to holler.

That stuff is hot but, damn i'm making a rp world which uses it own clothes and i can't f**k up this beauty by pasting that clothes for all npc's ;p

RE : gregathit

Damn I thought it all would end on CS ....

While that probably would save some of the work in the CS you still have to rename all of the nif, textures, and use nifskope to correct the paths. Plus you would need to make sure that each armor piece matched up body slot use wise to the one you are replacing. Probably end up taking the same amount of time as you would spend the time you saved verifying stuff.

I think this might work:

-Download both mods

-Extract the DMRA stock replacer MESHES to a temporary folder

-Extract the replacer you want, making sure to REPLACE the DMRA meshes (with exact names).

-Once all files have been replaced, use the replacer for player only esp and install normally.

-Drag & drop the texture folder from the replacer you want. Texture paths are in the nifs, not in the game itself. The icons may be messed up - but it's a slight inconvenience at worst.

Your still here? Go look at your character's new "armor". Go on, shoo!

Yes that would work except for this part: "Texture paths are in the nifs, not in the game itself." You will still have to open each nif file of the Hirdamanapulus armor that you renamed to replace the DRMA and point it at the correct texture location because:

You still have to rename the Hirdamanapulus texture files or they will replace vanilla ones and may not match up causing texture problems.

Your assumption is that the texture files for all armors will be the same and that just isn't true in most cases. Many of the custom dds texture files are indeed unique thus they won't match up between mods.

I wished there was an easy button......

That is true, if he used the same folder\file names. Thanks for correcting me.
