CTD when entering an area

I am trying to get to Brucas's Leap redoubt, but everytime I get close to the area I CTD. Tried coming from different directions, same result. What's happening?

CTD can be caused if someone is wearing something that their body doesn't support BBP/TBBP or incorrect skeleton or if a person requires BBBP/TBBP and a proper skeleton but it's not installed. When you enter their cell it will cause you to CTD.

 

Load order will help people see what you have installed into your game. Are there any mods in the list that modify places it could be you have 2 mods that are butting heads with each other trying to modify the same place.

 

Have you run LOOT for load order? Have you run TES5EDIT to see if loads everything up fine without hitting a error and look and see if there are any types of warnings listed in the list?
