Her name is Voleth Dranos a dunmer. I have seen bodyslide versions that looks close to CHSBHC V3-T but that is pretty much it. I only know is how to do a mash up from different outfits into one. Sorry that I'm no help to your question.

Some of the outfits that is on this list I ether tweak/fix and later posted on here.

Garnet MacLaine Posted September 25, 2020 Posted September 25, 2020 This is just a tweak version of the Dragon Lilly of making it light armor instead of just clothes. As well it can be improved using the armor workbench and can be enchanted using the enchanting table. I just like to have some armor protection instead of relying on magic armor spell buffs.
