Need help to get SOS schlong working!

I'm working an a SOS Horse Penis for females.

But I cant geht it working, sometimes I have a giant "!" ingame or a CTD. 

 

It looks a bit odd in NifSkope:

3DS Max 2012

look intresting can you attach nif file i can make some test maybe i can find what its wrong

The schlong bones in your female skeleton have the male positions.

Normally this is not an issue because in game the female schlong animations move the schlong bones to the right position.

Almost all female skeletons are wrong. I think these are fine, use one of them for rigging http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/41169/

 

The giant "!" means the nif is wrong, or the CK/mod points to wrong files.

There are multiple causes for CTDs. Most likely wrong mesh or skeleton.

can you attach nif ? i try make work if i can 

 

look strange like when you export was select generate partitions strips 

and i dont think its dismember skin modiefer its problem

anywey i cant help much if i cant look on thos nif file

If I copy the shapedata in NifSkope the not selectet faces are missing.

And how will that help me?

thats mean you do something wrong with exporting maybe i convert this from poly and just skinwarp to my equipable schlong and export like clothes or armor and its work

Its 3:00 AM here and I'm really tired. 

 

Your Nif works nice, but I still not know what is my problem. 

I will try to fix it tomorrow. 

 

//importing models in to the unreal engine is MUTCH easier.  <_<
