Sexout.esm Load order problem

Ok, noob here so assume basic stupidity. I just got through modding NV and when I load up my game it says that Sexout.esm needs to loaded after DLC, but the thing is I have it loaded after all the DLC.

 

Here's my load order.

Everything else works except for the sex animations. The game loads up, all the other dlc and mods work, but whenever it tries to do an animation it just strips the characters involved and overlaps them on top of each other. It's just that one thing and it's driving me up a wall. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
