dingusdongus Posted March 9, 2015 Posted March 9, 2015 Hello. Every file I try to download keeps saying that the site can't find the file. And then it says to contact the system administrator or something like that. So, I click on that button and outlook express pops up. I don't use outlook so I can't get the email to contact the system administrator. Anyway, never had this issue before- just started happening. I'll go to a mod. Click download, get redirected to "versions" download page. I choose any version and download, wait 20 sec, and then it redirects saying that the file is not found. Please help!
BruceWayne Posted March 9, 2015 Posted March 9, 2015 How many files did you download before this started happening? I don't know if you get a special message or a generic one like the one in your screenshot, but there is a chance that you might have hit the download limit for the day.
dingusdongus Posted March 9, 2015 Author Posted March 9, 2015 I haven't downloaded anything today which is why I'm getting annoyed haha. Trying to get some new mods :b

I've contacted the administrator but haven't heard anything back yet. Now I have about 15 tabs open (like I always do when i download stuff from loverslab) and I can go to every single one and they all say that the file isn't found. The only one that I could actually download was Slave Tats. Everything else is "not found". I tried another mod after slave tats and it didn't work, going back to slave tats and it worked. So I guess that's cool and all but I'd really love to get the rest of these mods downloaded.
BruceWayne Posted March 9, 2015 Posted March 9, 2015 Clear your browser cache, flush your DNS and try again (Google if you don't know what that means).

I super appreciate you helping me since no one else can haha It didn't work, however. I cleared cache, flushed DNS, restarted browser, tried different browser, restarted PC. NOT WORKING T_T
BruceWayne Posted March 9, 2015 Posted March 9, 2015 There isn't anything else I could tell you. Wait until tomorrow and see if the problem persists. If you "usually download 15 mods at a time", there is a good chance you've hit the limit. It's not that high, in order to prevent out-of-control server costs. Check the other threads to see if there is a solution that might help you. http://www.loverslab.com/topic/40567-cant-download-anything-from-ll/ http://www.loverslab.com/topic/43754-always-got-error-messages-when-trying-to-download-anything-recently/ http://www.loverslab.com/topic/40462-loverlab-downloading-bug/

I was just saying that I was sitting on the download page in each tab. I.E. one tab one be downloading then I'd close it, next tab start a download, etc. However I couldn't even download one thing (other than slavetats). It seems like a server issue but that's just me >__> I'll look at the links you provided. There isn't anything else I could tell you. Wait until tomorrow and see if the problem persists. I.e. ZAZ Animation Pack - Textures? If you could try and let me know that would be great. (:
dingusdongus Posted March 9, 2015 Author Posted March 9, 2015 The very first link you provided had the system administrator turn off something because everyone was having issues. I'm not saying it's that again, but it would be cool if someone else could try to download Zaz animation pack - TEXTURES and see if they're getting the same error or not.
dingusdongus Posted March 10, 2015 Author Posted March 10, 2015 Been having this issue for six hours now. I'm just trying to see if anyone else is having this issue or if it's my internet.

Still not working. Is no one else having these issues? I did everything you suggested and it's frustrating lol. Not being able to get new stuff T_T Oh, and that screenshot was one that I took and uploaded.
techiespeek Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Has Ashal contacted you in regards to this issue? You stated you had sent the "Administrator" a message? If you are still having this issue. I would run a full Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware scan. Viruses and Spyware will block certain ports on a system to limit your activity while it sends out it's infectious payload to other machines. Also look in Task Manager and see if your CPU Process is running high, this is a good indication that a rogue program is at work. Last thing I can think of is you may be getting blocked at your ISP, I have seen this lately, some ISP's are beginning to put up blocks to this site.
