Dialog Issue/Observation

I have been using a few mods that add extra dialogs when conversing with people in Skyrim. They go as far as saying "Greetings." To "You Fool" (Which I never use honestly) as well as sexual innuendo from Sexlab basd mods. Has anyone else noticed that these custom messages in conversations can block their Skyrim based dialog? What I mean is I had an event where I talked to the Steward of Whiterun to purchase Breezhome and he afterwards he would not give me the option to decorate my home no matter how many times I refreshed my dialog options. Another example I just ran across is the mission in Darkwater Crossing where you take out a group of bandits for a potential companion. It will not give me the option.

 

My question is there a mod out there that extends the amount of dialog options for the NPC's? Or will I have to remove some of these dialog mods? I fear option two because these dialog mods are required for a number of mods I use when I game. Any information would be appreciated.

The only issue with upgrades to breezhome being bugged that I know of is if you have just Dawnguard, sometimes the alchemy upgrade will not appear as an option for purchase. Hearthfire fixes this with giving you the option for a childs bedroom, or the Unofficial Skyrim patches will also fix this problem even if you don't have Hearthfire. There could be other bugs that are causing this but that's the one I know of.

 

For the "kill  the bandit leader" quest, you can only have one of those quests active at a time so go through the misc. quests and see if already have one active. For some reason Annekke's quest to "kill the bandit leader" may not be available even if you have no other "kill the bandit leader" quest active. You could try using the console to increase her relationship rank towards you with: setrelationshiprank player 1 :just make sure you have Annekke selected when entering the console command.

 

I none of those work for you then I really have no idea what the problem is, hopefully someone with more knowledge on here would be willing to help because I don't know very much about fixing these types of bugs.
