Hi all,

i use MO and want to install Real Vision ENB. I have read the installation-Instructions of the Autor of RV but it won´t work correctly.

I see the ENB-Messages at the Main-Menu at top of screen left but when i push shift+enter, the ENB-Menu is not showing up. The only thing i can see is a rotating sandclock.

Not sure if this will help, but try an ENB manager.

What I use.

ENB Manager and Changer

Alternative that  I have yet to try.

ENB Man

I launch ENB Manager and Changer from MO.  ENB Man could very well be launched from MO as well.

Any ENB that comes with files for the Data folder I have the ENB manager install instead of MO.  This way when I swap ENBs the related Data files are removed or replaced if the new ENB has their own.

MO only works with mods at the data directory level and below. If I remember correctly ENB's are not installed in the data directory so they will not work with MO.

You misread my comment.  An ENB manager can be lauched from MO just like FNIS, bodyslide, etc.

The ENB manager I use, ENB Manager and Changer, can install patches (plugins/meshes/textures) that come with that ENB.  When installing a particular ENB that comes with a DATA folder contain plugins/textures, I have the manager include the Data folder along with the ENB files.  The manager will install the Data files and remove them when I remove the ENB.

Here's a screenshot of ENB manager ready to install Millepon Diamon ENB.

As is shown, I have the manager install what Data files that comes with the ENB 'instead of using MO'.  This way, all ENB-related files are removed if I swap ENB.

Did a quick search and found info that may be of some help.  I can't say for sure because I don't use Real Vision.

...After that, you can install RealVision. Run the autoinstaller for Realvision and it will create a subfolder in your skyrim/data directory, called Realvision_enb_files. You can either run the rv_install.vbe file inside, or just copy+paste all the files into your regular skyrim directory (where the ENB core files are). You can also just download RealVision manually and extract all the files to your skyrim directory yourself, bypassing the autoinstaller entirely....

My guess is because you have the core ENB installed, you see the message on the top-left of the screen and the rotating, hourglass cursor (ENB cursor), but something went fubar with the preset (real vision) installation and that is why you can't see the menu which is the enbseries.ini that comes with the preset.
