Use different body replacer Use different armor mesh replacer for Forsworn Armor. There are many to choose from, but I suggest UNP body and UNP armors.

I'm using the UNP version the nipples are just removed like you're a troll. (Not calling you one) Everything is working perfectly except the nipples are just gouged out of reality. My character is retexture and remeshed by UNP (NSFW of course) and the nips are there until I put on the armor. Then there is two holes where I can see right threw the character. THis glitch happens in both the Featherless and feathered versions.

Okay so I got it "working" but not working. I got a UNP body fit that makes all the armor fit to the UNP body. I turned that off and the nips appeared but the upper body was warped like how the vanilla game mesh warps it. So the source of the issue is UNP body fit and the nips of this topless forsworn armor.

 

Further messing around revealed that the Mesh for UNP body fit armors and clothing messes up the nips. I took a old mesh from UNP topless forsworn (old mod https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/7332?tab=files ) and replaced the UNP body fit mesh with it and it seems to be working. The feather version is awkward how ever probably because the mesh is primitive. I would still prefer to have the Mesh from UNP body work since the feather work nice on it. But for now I can have perfect unp tits and no feathers which is cool but not as cool.

Your meshes suck. End of story. You use UUNP Bodyslide or something based on it, huh. That's the mesh where I've seen such a thing.

Basically, Bodyslide bad.  If a tool is universal and can be used for anything, then it excels at nothing.

Nope, not my skillset. I do not use Bodyslide - as I said, if a tool is universal, quality suffers. So I don't use it.

Also, don't be lazy and just use Google.
