Thanks in advance. I realize that SexLab has a nice tutorial about this, but I'm interested in other stuff to start.  I want to make my Skyrim super nice looking (high res, vibrant colors) and also make females very sexy.

I am starting from absolute scratch. So please give me suggestions.

Initiation question: do I need to worry about the order that I install stuff? Also: do I need to worry about compatibility?

  1. Mod Organizer (and NOT mod manager)
  2. Sky UI
  3. TAZ Visual Overhaul
  4. Immersive HUD
  5. Adorable Faces
  6. CBBE
  7. What else? What's a good skimpy armor mod to start?
  8. ?
  9. ?
  10. ?

OK It's going now.

Some initial questions:

  1. Is there a way to skip the game past the first dungeon?

  2. I want my character to be thin but have large breasts. How do I change the size of breasts while keep legs thin?

  3. When I take off clothes, my character is wearing a bra. How do I remove that?

  4. What are some other crucial mods to get to start things.

Hey there,

1) Get the mod alternate start ( http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/9557/?), you can find some add-ons on loverslab.

2) Get racemenu ( http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29624/?), with sliders, you can set those. Or use bodyslide, in Skyrim/data/caliente tools => bodyslide.exe

3) It comes from a wrong installation of CBBE. Unistall and re-install CBBE.

4) Get unofficial skyrim patches (only get the ones of the dlc's if you have them)

Then check the "categories tab on Skyrim Nexus, select a category, and check "most downloaded", on research critters (on the right part of the window). Usualy, the coolest mods are the most downloaded. Also, on loverslab, go on the downloads section of Skyrim, and refine your research critters, and have a look at the mods. There's plenty, but they're worth dropping an eye.

Hope it helped ;)

If you are using mod organizer, you do not need to worry about install order, if there is a file conflict it will let you know, a lightning bolt with a - symbol means a mod is getting overwritten by something else, if you dont want that to happen just put it lower on the list. As for compatibility issues, you do need to think about that, mostly however as long as something isnt changing the same thing as a nother mod, it will probably be compatible, the more mods you add the more likely you are to have conflicts, and the more script heavy mods you add, the more likely you are to have weird bugs happen. For that reason I stopped using frostfall, which has crazy ammounts of scripting, my game was considerably more stable after removing that, which is a shame since it's a great mod

If you are trying to make the game look as good as you can, depending on how good your pc is you should try an enb, and some high quality textures. The ENB I am using now is fantasy version project ENB http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/20781/?, the fantasy preset makes skyrim look more colorful, very nice. For textures I am using this one http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/607/?.

You might also want to look into lighting mods, I personally use Realistic Lighting Overhaul, found here http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/30450/?. There are also some great weather mods, climates of tamriel is a huge one, I prefer to use Pure weathers, http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52423/

CT77 remodeled armor for bodyslide: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25259, lets you make the body how you want it, with whatever bodyslide preset you want, or you can make a custom one to suit your tastes.

As a bonus, CT77 includes plenty of Zap options, so you can remove chests, bras, panties, or whatever else you want, or you could leave em as defaults if you would prefer that.

as for other mods recomendations, you want lore friendly? sexlab mods? could use more info for suggestions

Edit: if bodyslide made your game crash, it means you probably lack the proper skeleton for the outfit format, if its an hdt body and you do not have an hdt skeleton, instant crashes.

AFAIK most people on loverslab use Groovtama's XP32 extended skeleton, http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/676-xp32-maximum-skeleton-extended/

Second Edit: just looked at the taz visual overhaul you mentioned, I have not tried that one before, it does enb and textures and weathers? lemme know how that works out I might have to try it too  :)

Very basic, but might nevertheless be of use for you: create a Nexus account and browse the most popular 100 files (both adult and non-adult). Easiest way to get an overview.

Thanks for all the tips. This certainly not a quick process. I'm trying out new mods here and there and some stuff aint working.

I wish there was just a list of the mods used by popular youtubers llike this guy --

Or a compilation mod. Can someone list off the ten most important mods that are used for the girl in the video above?

Also, can I just download certain hero's to use?

Thanks again for the help.

Thanks to the new functions in Racemenu (I think they are new), you can easily take the head of any NPC in the game (of course including your modded version), copy it and "plant" it on your character. There are several topics here on LL about those conversions. By doing so, you could also choose the texture the mod author uses (if provided). If you keep it to yourself, that's not a break of copyright - you just modded a mod for your own gaming experience.

Don't mean to be rude, but I wont provide you with links for LoversLab - just hit the search button yourself (follower / companion). There are dozens (probably dozens of dozens) of sexy faces here on this side alone.

As for the Nexus: here and here. Many modders that share their work on the Nexus are brwosing and sharing on LL, too. There is in fact so much stuff here, that is nearly impossible to give you examples, if you don't specify your desire. Even if you did, your chances of finding something would be greater if you'd look for yourself. This page contains something in nearly every thinkable direction. This is like a candy store - so use your own fingers.

If you want the absolute best, I recommend Demonica v1.5.1. It's the most realistic female body meshes & textures I have seen, and plenty of people are making armor / clothes / stuff for it.

Most of it is in Russian however, and will be found on tesall.ru or modgames.net

Some of the translated work can be found on http://blackelf-skyrim-en.blogspot.com/

The unofficial skyrim patches, SKSE, Sky UI, a mod manager of some sort, as well as LOOT (or similar) programs are a must in my opinion. You can start modding without them, but I find you quickly run in to stability problems. Ts5Edit is also important IMO, as it allows you to clean your game files and improve stability by removing unused references in the game code. After that, mod to your hearts delight. Back up any saves you want to keep as I find when you're first experimenting with mods, you can bugger everything up and need to reinstall Skyrim.

As for mods to make your character like the one found in the video, you'll need HDT physics, FNIS, probably want an HDT high heel system, as well as Apachii sky hair, racemenu, CBBE body, and a few others. You kind of loose track of all the little things you have. The guy in the video probably has between 20 and 40 mods running, not including any outfit or location mods. All together, I have over 90 mods currently installed (and to think, it started by just wanting to use Frostfall...).
