Random animation bug, mainly Draugr

After my 4th or 5th uninstall, I've finally been able to play my Skryim saved games without CTDs.  It was a major victory, much of which I owe to the brilliant posters here on LL.

Then I had an issue being stuck in that "T-pose" bug.  My character and all NPCs were standing there frozen in that pose.  Animals were frozen, too.  I did some extensive Googling and finally got it to work.  Kind of.

Now, nobody's frozen any more.  Things generally work as they should, I thought.  But then I was in Ustengrav, questing for the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller, that I started seeing Draugr stuck in that T-pose again.  And not all of them.  I decided to perch on a ledge, in Hiding mode, and watch.  That's when I noticed that some of the skeletons and draugr were patrolling normally, pacing back and forth.  But the skeleton sitting on that throne (just above the Word Wall) wasn't sitting - he was standing in a T-pose.

So I finished Ustengrav and did another dungeon, noticing the same thing.  Those Draugr patrolling seemed to be ok, and died like a good draugr should.  But those in coffins or sitting on something, not moving, had that bug.

I did a couple of small bandit dungeons to see if there was a difference, but it doesn't seem like bandits sit around much so I couldn't draw any conclusion :)

I'm thinking I need to see if the idle animation is missing for Draugr (doing that now).  Yes, I'm using the latest version of FNIS and I run it even if I just change load order.  But I'm stymied and need some advice here.

one method you can try, which may or may not help since its only some creatures not working of the same type.   run fnis and de-install creatures.   Then complete the fnis run.   go into you mod manager and deactivate fnis creatures then reinstall it.   Go back and run Fnis again and it should reload all the creature files.   This has helped with t-posing astronauchs, spriggan and bears before so it might do the trick.

Thanks, Mimirue.  That process is actually what i did to resolve the general t-pose problem I was having with everything, not just undead.

I can try it again. :(
