markaedw Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 This just started today. I start my game and after the Bethseda logo appears the game blinks the n crashes. Leeeeeroy Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 crashing after the bethesda logo is usually something related to your load order, maybe a conflict, but i can't help you much because i haven't used many of the mods you're using if i'm not wrong, wryebash or tesedit can search for conflicts, try using then
a2b Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 Looks like Dawnguard and Dragonborn aren't active. Could well be the problem!
nutluck Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 When you get a crash right at the logo, it is almost always a load order issue, either something out of order a missing file that a mod needs. Use TES5Edit on your load order and it should find any missing master files.
Nightmyste Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 just to be sure;have you used TESVEDIT? it usually point out what mods you are missing for the game to start up and LOOT tends to oversee a few mods with me besides that i can see that you have SexlabNudeCreaturesDB.esp active but not dragonborn itself if nothing else Works the only remaining solution is to deactivate all mods and turn them on one by one to see what causes the conflict
markaedw Posted February 11, 2015 Author Posted February 11, 2015 here's what the tesedit says [00:33] Background Loader: loading "PCEAr - Hearthfire.esp"... [00:33] Background Loader: [PCEAr - Hearthfire.esp] Loading file [00:33] Background Loader: [PCEAr - Hearthfire.esp] File loaded [00:33] Background Loader: [PCEAr - Hearthfire.esp] Start processing [00:33] Background Loader: [PCEAr - Hearthfire.esp] Adding master "HearthFires.esm" [00:33] Background Loader: [PCEAr - Hearthfire.esp] Adding master "RaestlozArmorReplace.esm" [00:33] Background Loader: [RaestlozArmorReplace.esm] Loading file [00:33] Background Loader: Fatal: <EOSError: System Error. Code: 2. The system cannot find the file specified> [00:36] Background Loader: finished now I just need to figure out where that is figured that on out now I get [00:44] Background Loader: [sexLabNudeCreatures.esp] Loading file [00:44] Background Loader: [sexLabNudeCreatures.esp] File loaded [00:44] Background Loader: [sexLabNudeCreatures.esp] Start processing [00:44] Background Loader: [sexLabNudeCreatures.esp] Adding master "Skyrim.esm" [00:44] Background Loader: [sexLabNudeCreatures.esp] Adding master "Update.esm" [00:44] Background Loader: [sexLabNudeCreatures.esp] Adding master "SexLab.esm" [00:44] Background Loader: [sexLabNudeCreatures.esp] Adding master "CreatureFramework.esm" [00:44] Background Loader: [CreatureFramework.esm] Loading file [00:44] Background Loader: Fatal: <EOSError: System Error. bbob1231212 Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 Whenever i get CTD at startup, its missing master file for a mod.
Nightmyste Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 the latest version of nude creatures requires the creature framework just search for it in the forum(sorry can't place links for some reason)
Meteox Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 TES5EDIT is saying that you are missing two files from your load order, which is true by the way. They are RaestlozArmorReplace.esm (PCEAr - Hearthfire.esp is calling it) and CreatureFramework.esm (SexLabNudeCreatures.esp is calling it). Make sure you got your PCEAr and More Nasty Creatures (I think that is what it was called?) are set up correctly.
markaedw Posted February 11, 2015 Author Posted February 11, 2015 i got rid of pcear and I'm working on more nasty creatures , Thanks for all the help ---- So I unchecked all my mods and started over adding them one at a time, but now I crash as soon as I first get to where I open inventory. tesedit has no errors so far papyrus says vm is freezing
myuhinny Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 Did you start a new game or just load a old save? If you are just loading a old save that might be the problem if the new load order is different from the old load order that you use to have when you made that save. Using wrye bash and going to the save tab you can see what mods you had installed and in what order they were in when the save was made. Changing load order/removing mods can be a bad thing if they are script mods as those can leave lingering scripts in your save file.
markaedw Posted February 11, 2015 Author Posted February 11, 2015 starting on a new game. thanks for all your help, but I think I'm going to trash the whole data folder and start from scratch with a new game and a new mod build.
myuhinny Posted February 12, 2015 Posted February 12, 2015 Well if you do that make sure you wipe everything out of the skyrim folder and not just the data folder you don't want to go through all that and end up with the same thing because you left something in the skyrim folder. So it is best to wipe the whole skyrim folder then uninstall it from steam and then re install it back.
markaedw Posted February 12, 2015 Author Posted February 12, 2015 I was wondering if there is a thread somewhere that has the optimal load list.
