Starbound: Is there a way to move the game back to Enraged Koala?

So I finally got Starbound when it was on sale last week. And there are some great mods for it, listed both on the Nexus page and the Starbound forums page. The problem? They are all designed to work with the Enraged Koala beta, not the just released Upbeat Giraffe beta. I've tried deleting my local version of Starbound and re-installing, but that just gives me everything for Upbeat Giraffe in one download.  Honestly, I've gone from being an Upbeat OzoneHole to an Enraged OzoneHole about the fact that not only do the mods not work. 

Does anyone know of a way to bring Starbound back down to the Enraged Koala beta version?  Is it even possible?

No, it's not possible without less-than-legal means of obtaining it.
