How to use RM make NPC asses bigger?

Answer the question please? Ive included all my mods that Ive tried but havent done what I wanted them to do. Please, someone suggested the RM, but I dont know what presets to use or where to access them?

First thing to do is putting your XPMSE to the bottom.... don't you see the god damn overwrite/conflict thunder flag with the minus? Only god knows what screwed up skeleton you use.

And B. Glute sliders in RM and a body with butt skinning.
