Nehrim and raperss

Hi, i'm having issues getting raperss to work with nehrim. LAPF itself seems to work fine, but with raperss the spells won't show up in my inventory. I've changed the masters from oblivion.esm to nehrim.esm. I know theres a loverspack for nehrim here, but that link is dead.

 

Here is my load order
