Getting both weights of outfits to work in Skyrim?

Every version of this mod: http://pan.baidu.com/s/1o6DNdyi(Wanhunyi) no matter what, the bodyslides meshes that I make with it just show the max weight of the armor ingame. I've tried looking around in the CK and can't find anything. Google is no help either as far as finding tutorials. The files are named correctly and each mesh is shaped correctly (the 0 weight is small the 100 weight is large).

I was hoping someone would have some insight on this. Many of the other mods by the author/converter are like this as well: http://bbs.3dmgame.com/thread-4288367-1-1.html

Is the problem in the meshes or maybe the CK? Am I going to have to get knee deep in nifskope for this? I have no idea what could be the problem.

Armor Addon -> DNAM Data -> Weight Slider Female -> (edit) -> Enabled

Yeah not sure why some authors don't add a working weight slider, but that usually fixes it. You have to do it for all entries; some optioq mods didn't have the proper meshes for shoes though.

Thank you. TES5edit may as well be rocket science to me, but I'll give it a shot. thanks again!
