Can I upload this mod?

I found a mod here.

It's a Krystal Fox for Fallout New Vegas by boseku, apparently.

 

The website says it is no longer being updated as is in the process of being archived. I am worried this mod will vanish from the face of the internet if it does. They do not list a source. Can I post it here in a download? I can test it first if I need to, I don't know much about it, just that the screenshot that I found for it was this.
