Ok, well I played with that body slide for CBBE, but nothing in game changes from the default.  How do I swap it to the changed body shapes?

Also, I followed... or least I think I did... For getting the HDT physics to work with CBBE body, but still nothing happens.

You open bodyslide play with the sliders click on create body's and you are done thats it its not possible that nothing changes. Obviously you only see the changes when nude

For hdt read the instructions on the side....

Q5: How do I make this (T)BBP/HDT/JellyBoobs compatible?
A: Install HDT and XPMSE. Install CBBE. Open BodySlide (see the 'How To Use BodySlide' guides). In 'Outfit/Body select 'CBBE Body HDT'. You can then select a preset, or create your own body shape. Click 'Build' and you're done. (T)BBP animations can still be used with XPMS and 'CBBE Body TBBP'.

what ChasmX forgot to mention is that bodyslide has a tendancy to put the files in your skyrim folder, and if you use NMM or MO, they will very probarbly ignore what you've done, make sure you have your custom body in either of those, should you use them, and have it at the bottom of the load order.

*note ; this will mean you will have to go in your skyrim\data\ and then u go in either meshes or textures(depending what your doing) \ actors\character\ (your choice of gender)

7zip it, and place it in MO like this

Z:\Mod Organizer\mods\<your modname>\Textures\Actors\Character\(Female or male)

if it is a texture for example

but there are alot of guides out there, that are alot more specific then i am, right now.

NMM reads the files from the regular Skyrim folder perfectly fine. That's where it puts its mods itself. But yeah, if you use MO, follow the MO guide on the BodySlide mod page.

If you use a custom race for your character, you have to copy the created body meshes into its folders manually. Basically read CBBE & BS FAQ's.
