Safe removal of unwanted mod scripts?

You know mods like "Osare Panty" with this annoying pop-up script at game start "Get All Osare Panty Items (Yes/NO)" ?

 

If anyone could write down precise instructions how to remove the scripts completely and safe via tes5edit, it would be much appreciated.

Possibly also how to remove the script that adds the spell tome for the "panty body changer".

 

 

Other than being a nuisance with every game start, these scripts also seem to prevent actually useful items from appearing (like Puppeteer Master or Nausicaa Studio Keys).

Remove all except armor, armor addon, texture set, and constructible object

Very useful to remove the vendors, spells, books and cell changes as well.
