I've gone through this multiple times and I still cant find out why. Its funny because it only happens when I start a new game initially. Already tried disabling hair mods and the such.  In the spoiler is my load order. Any help at all would be nice :D

Go to Nexus and get the pre-cache killer. And be sure to have a custom skeleton installed (and be sure it's not being overwritten by something else).

RaceMenu has the same function like the "precache killer" integrated.

Just checked the RaceMenu page, now it doesn't mention XPMSE anywhere but i suggest installing this. Otherwise deactivate the racemenuplugin.esp if you don't have a TBBP or HDT compatible skeleton, see if that works.
