spike4379 Posted January 5, 2015 Author Posted January 5, 2015 The latest version, ive always had the precache killer too it doesnt seem to do much. the crashes happen less if i say only try 10-20 different hair styles, then save the char and open up the show racemenu again. my rams not being overloaded ive got 18gb so that isnt the problem. now running the unofficial patch and used loot, new bashed patch
Uriel Posted January 5, 2015 Posted January 5, 2015 Precache killer is built into the latest versions of chargen which comes with racemenu. So you don't need a separate one. And it seems hair cache is not what's causing your issue. So you might want to remove the prechache killer dll from SKSE plugins, there's no point in keeping it there. To be sure check that chargen.ini has bDisableFaceGenCache=1
