Added to framework?

I am new to Sexlab, and I wanted to use a foot job mod, but it says it is now obsolete due to the fact that it is now added to the framework. How do I activate it? (I am aware to the fact that this is a FRAMEWORK which allows other mods to do things, but why add it to the framework unless it can be used.)

Is there a special npc that does it or am I just really unintelligent?

It's going to be used by mods that utilize the framework. ex: matchmaker you can target npc's and whatnot and they'll animate. (I don't use it so not quite sure how it works to get the anim you want). You can make sure it's working within sexlab by targeting an npc with the \ key (default hotkey for targeting) and then in the animation editor, pick the footjob animation and then clicking the tester on the immediate right. Shortly after, you and that targeted npc will begin animating. You can toggle on and off which animations you want in the toggle animations, there's a dropdown in that menu for regular, foreplay and aggressive animations, (also creatures if you have it installed) In any mod that utilizes sexlab framework, it will be used depending on whatever algorithm is used to randomize the animations. And you can switch animations (not advance animations) by  the correct hotkey (found in player hotkey menu for SL, mine is 'o')
