NPC Schlongs Disappearing?

I recently began a new game because multiple mods were not working for me in the old save, however  I noticed several glitches such as Hadvar not walking away from his horse in Helgen during the intro and a neck seam I never had before, (found him with tfc) I then discovered upon reaching Riverwood that no NPCs had a schlong. However male PCs still do. The ingame log says they all have one, but there is just a see-through hole in their crotch. I started another new game and still have the issue. I have the papyrus log but I don't know what I'm looking at so I would really appreciate some help.

 

Edit: deleted a frostfall patch I accidentally installed, seems to work fine now

I have seen the same thing, I use frostfall and other similar mods.

I do believe that you run out of memory for your GPU. I use Skyrim monitor and this happens almost every time when i have used all ram in my GPU.

 

For the record so do I use SAM, it is similar to SOS.
