attacking npc help

Greetings everyone. I having having a issue and cant seem to fine the sourge of the problem. I will like to know why town folk and other friendly Npc sill start to attack me of no where.

 

 Example

 

 I enter soliture for the fist time and have every one start to attack me at once getting bit piss

Are you by any chance a vampire? It sounds like you are to me and if you are then you need to feed once you hit the last stage for a vampire all friendlies will attack you on sight. There are four stages with each stage increase you gain new spells but once you hit the last stage everyone will attack you on sight.

 

But if you feed on someone on the outskirts of town while they are asleep you can revert back to the first stage or if you have a follower you can try using the vampire seduction on them and then feed on them. Just make sure if you feed on a follower that you are out of sight from anyone or you will get a bounty.

 

If you have started the dawnguard quest and can enter the vampire castle you can feed on one of the human cattle that they have stored in the lower part of the castle.

Same thing happens to me in the middle of the forest near Riften, instead of people its hoards of sabre cats who demand blood to be spilled. 

*just thought i'd tell someone that nature has it in for me*

 

or if that dont work just find the command console to get rid of bounty.

i have the same problem but only in solitude and no im never a vampire

 

 

im going to untick a mod i have a fealing it might be the devious quest mod

ill untick that its off how it started after i installed it ill test the game with a new save after i untick it to see if it is that mod causing it white run no problems other citys no problems just solitude they act like i joined up with ulfric when i didnt XD

theres no bounty when you enter solitude unless you attack a guard back or a follower does odd though enter a city for first time no bounty and they become hostile

spent ages testing it is that mod i tryed without having it ticked without it ticked the gaurds arent hostile i then tryed with it ticked to be active they became hostile after the execution of the guy who let ulfric escape i  then try unticking it then running fnis the gaurds wasnt hostile i then ticked it to make it active then run fnis the gaurds became hostile i dont know why the mod causes it but its a pain i really liked the nasty comments from the mod but not the evil gaurds in solitude
