[Q] Quick list of starting mods

Hello!

 

It's been near half a year since I last played Skyrim and now that I finally reinstalled it, I have a quick question

 

What mods should I install first? Including everything from the most basics to complete overhauls. No need to write me a tutorial or anything, just a simple list of mods that are good together (I want a list of mods able to work and fucntion properly together, not a single mod)

Depends what you like to do in game and what lights your fire. Give us some sense of that and people can make some suggestions

What you might want to do for your OP is request working load orders. That way you can see what was installed. If it is from Mod Organizer the member can post the installed mods list for you which will also show all those mods that aren't shown with an esm/esp such as plain textures and such as well as game fixes. Just a suggestion

All seems to work well. 20th level magic user High Elf. I can play for about 2 or so hours before an unexplained crash to desktop or unresponsive game. Havent' figured out the reason. Unusual. I have been able to play for more than 4 hours before however I did remove a mod or two that might still have some remnants on the save. (War Zones)

 

Hope that helps. Oh. Nothing changed on the mods. Simple loads however some selections of the mods needed to be taken into consideration. (conflicts. ) etc.
