blizna955 Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 Hey, so it seems that most of my sexlab mods that i installed have some weird purple texture bug, like it was missing or something, but clearly i am pasting everything to my skyrim data folder correctly, how do i fix that??? SS from milk economy mod:
myuhinny Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 Well it's not a bug it is called missing textures/misplaced textures. load up the nif for the item in the screenshot into nifskope then click it and search for BSShaderTextureSet that is below the highlighted line in the left area click the arrow to the left of the BSShaderTextureSet to get the drop down then click the blank area to the right of the purple flower looking thing.   This will show the texture file path that is in the nif. Double click it and copy the file path and paste it into notebook. Then check the folder path from the nif with the folder path of the texture folder path to make sure they are correct. If you can't find the texture file try searching for the .dds file name after clicking and going into the texture folder to see if it is misplaced and is in a wrong folder. If it is in a wrong area move to the correct area if it is incorrect in the nif change the path to match that of the folder path.
bradleyh Posted December 12, 2014 Posted December 12, 2014 ZAP has three parts, one contains meshes, scripts, sounds, animations. Part two is an update to upgrade from 6.0 to 6.01. Part three is ALL of the Textures, You do not have part three installed.
