Window Fullscreen mode

Is there a way to make Skyrim into a Window Fullscreen mode?

 

I use 2 Monitors and i don't want to alt-Tab the whole time.

AND i don't want to use the Skyrim Borderless Window (SBW) Mod, cause it's like alt-tabbing all the time. That causes problems or slowing down my PC.

should do it, in the SkyrimPrefs.ini

 

I might be wrong, I have not tested, and I hate to do options in the launcher to see if it is there, because it screws my INI setting up every time I look at it, and i have to reset them all.
